Export from Faveo

Export users, tickets, comments, knowledge-base articles, assets, and attachments using Faveo CSV or API exports.

Import via CSV or API

Import users and open tickets into helpefi via CSV or REST API. Map tags, custom fields, and SLAs before agents start working live queues.

Rebuild policies

Recreate SLA policies, macros, assignment rules, and portal branding. Enable AI Copilot on imported knowledge.

Cut over channels

Point email, chat, WhatsApp, Slack, and Teams to helpefi. Disable Faveo inbound after a parallel run.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a Faveo migration take?
Most 5–30 agent teams complete import and parallel run within two weeks. Large attachment sets may add time.
Can we keep Faveo during transition?
Yes. Run helpefi on a subset of mail or chat while Faveo handles legacy tickets.
Do you import assets?
Yes. Asset CSV import maps tags, serials, warranty, ownership, and lifecycle fields such as disposal. Contracts and licenses can be added in Helpefi after import.
